WHY CHOOSE ME? WHAT MAKES MY SERVICES DIFFERENT?

Expertise… As a certified function nutrition counselor, you receive my expertise in holistic nutrition, blood work and functional lab analysis and my knowledge as a family herbalist. As a member of the Functional Nutrition Alliance, I have access to an entire group of functional practitioners from across the country, offering their knowledge and expertise in their respective specialties, contributing their unique perspectives on your case. When you work with me, you are getting an entire team of functional health experts working on your behalf.

Time… While other practitioners place restrictions on their time with clients, I do not. I never put limits on our time together. Every session or call is open to the length of time necessary to answer questions, address concerns and put a plan of action into place. I also make myself available by text or email during regular business hours to address any issues that may arise in between our meetings together.

Convenience… We are all busy and schedules fill up fast. Trying to fit in another appointment and travel to a office or clinic somewhere is not always ideal. I work remotely by video call, phone conversation, text and email to make communications simple. Any in-person meetings/sessions will be held at a location that works best for YOU! Let me treat you to a health smoothie or a cup of coffee 🙂

And finally, Dependability… I only take on a select number of clients at at time. This allows me to provide the best care and attention to your needs. You can rest assured that I will be hard at work on your case, researching and studying in between our sessions together, in order to provide the best information and recommendations possible.

WHAT I DO NOT DO… As a function nutrition counselor, I do not diagnose disease. I do not treat disease, I do not claim to cure any disease, and I do not prescribe medications.

WHAT I CAN AND WILL DO FOR YOU… As a cognitive abilities specialist, I can diagnose cognitive learning and behavior disabilities in children (and adults), such as: ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc. As a function nutrition counselor I ASSESS, RECOMMEND AND TRACK. I also EDUCATE and EMPOWER. I can recommend supplements and set up a Fullscript account for my clients. I can order blood work and Functional Medicine Tests if needed.

• make connections between actions taken and their outcomes

BOARD CERTIFIED HEALTH COUNSELING SERVICES:

My FUNCTIONAL WELLNESS EVALUATION is for those looking for a Functional Nutrition/Health Counseling program designed to begin the identification of specific health deficiencies and put a plan of action in place that will set you on the path to health and wellness. Cost: $395.00 and includes TWO in-person consultations, a full health assessment, lab analysis (from labs you already have), and an initial protocol for you to follow on your own. If you don’t have current labs we can order them for you for an additional fee (optional).

Prior to the Functional Wellness Evaluation, our first meeting will be a Free strategy session to discuss your issues and concerns. I place no time limits on my meetings. This allows the client to be able to ask all the questions they may have and receive my full attention. It will also be during this session that I will lay out what I can do for you and what my expectations are for you as my client to achieve success and reach your goals. You will have an opportunity to express your expectations from me as your practitioner and together we will decide if we are a good fit to move forward.

Should we decide to move forward, prior to our first session, you will receive an email containing a client agreement and an intake form. Submit the Intake Form, any blood work that has been done within the last 3 months and any functional medicine tests you may have completed within the past year. Those could include tests like: food sensitivity testing, OAT’s, DUTCH or specialized panels like a Boston Heart assessment. Some blood work or tests may be requested, there are additional costs to any blood work I order, however, in most cases your doctor can order them through your insurance. Most insurance plans will cover these tests but if not, the lab I use is very reasonable and most tests are very cost effective. I do not add to the lab fees so you are getting the lowest price available. I do take health savings plan payments. Basic labs can also be done in house in my office.

For those who wish to continue their nutritional counseling or for those with more difficult cases that need more time, there are several options for continuing.

Additional Single Appointments $ 90.00

My Foundations Reset Program is $ 795.00 It is an extension of the Functional Wellness Evaluation. It is best for individuals who want short term guidance (one month), accountability and a clear starting point with basic lab testing and support included in the program.

Includes: bi-weekly consults by phone or in person. One functional lab with report

3 month Support Program is $ 2675.00 This program is for those ready to uncover root causes through testing and begin a comprehensive, personalized protocol to restore balance and reach goals.

Includes: bi-weekly consults by phone or in person. One standard Blood lab with Functional Health report and one Functional Medicine Test Kit, a Fullscript account for discount on supplements and 12 weeks of practitioner support.

And For the more difficult cases that need long term support, I offer 6 and 12 month Programs. Six months includes: the same benefits as the 3 month but a discounted rate on months 4-6 and a $100.00 credit toward any lab or functional medicine testing.

The 12 month program is my Concierge Wellness Experience $8995.00. This is an all inclusive one-year program plan for those committed to optimal health and prevention. Includes extensive testing, personalized protocols, and a high-touch concierge support for a full year of care. Ideal for complex cases or those seeking consistent partnership in their health journey.

Includes: TWO Functional medicine tests, 4 Blood lab panels and ongoing practitioner support for 12 months.

COGNITIVE ABILITIES PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN ( K-12) Application Required

I have developed a unique protocol called THE 4C’s PROGRAM for school aged children. It incorporates Cognitive Training, short form Health and Wellness Assessments and Neuroplasticity Therapy and is designed to significantly alleviate or even eliminate learning struggles, behavior, and nutritional deficiencies. The 4 C’s stand for: Correct, Calm, Connect and Cultivate! First, I use functional nutrition to CORRECT what is going on in the body and brain to begin the process of repair. Next, I use a highly specialized neuroplasticity training program to remove the overwhelming stimuli and begin the process of repairing the nervous system and restoring CALM.  Then, we begin to CONNECT the brain, gut and vestibular system by using a fun and engaging brain balance protocol that creates new neural pathways and makes them permanent.  Finally, we CULTIVATE these into one unique plan of action that heals and nourishes the brain and body for lifelong results! A description of each of the programs incorporated into the 4C’s is listed below and can be purchased separately from the 4C’s program. Contact Learn and Grow for program pricing and details as program costs vary based on client need. Base plan is $6,000 (includes a $300 refundable deposit for rental equipment) for 6 months. This program includes: A functional wellness evaluation, Two Functional medicine test kits (usually a GI Stool Test and Organic Acids Urine Test, appropriate for children), one functional lab test and report to monitor health status. Program also includes a Cognitive Abilities test and balance therapy home kit. (worth $500) Plan can be paid in two monthly installments. Health Savings plans are accepted. This is an applicant program. Not all are accepted as this program requires serious commitment and dedication.

Functional Lab Analysis Report

This service includes a Basic Biomarker assessment which will serve as an excellent starting point to assess overall well being and includes a collection of screenings typically done at your yearly health checkup. If you have had any blood work or functional medicine test done within the last 3 months to a year, I can read your labs and give you a functional range analysis of those labs as well. Doctors always interpret labs from a pathological range, which is determined by comparing your numbers to everyone else in your geological area, age range, gender etc. to come up with a standard mean. Reading your labs based off of functional ranges looks at your lab results from an individual perspective. Functional ranges are determined by what the body systems need in order to operate at optimal performance. A functional perspective is more accurate to your specific needs and looks at the whole person and ALL of the labs and how they work together. This is a comprehensive report. The more blood work you have to share, the more information I can provide. Cost is $145.00 and includes your functional lab report and consultation.
